Retreat on Isla Mujeres - The Island of Women
A Women's Healing Retreat - March 12th - 16th, 2026. Reserve My SpotThere comes a time when we need to stop moving and make space to listen.
To rest.
To reconnect with ourselves in an honest, uncomplicated way.
Retreat on Isla Mujeres is a four-day retreat for women who need time away from routine — not to reinvent themselves, but to return to what feels real and steady inside.
We’ll gather on the Island of Women, a place long associated with healing and renewal.
Our days will unfold at an easy pace: yoga and meditation, good food, time in nature, group workshops, and meaningful conversation.
You don’t have to be spiritual, flexible, or experienced — just open to slowing down and allowing space for renewal.
Who It’s For:
This retreat is for women who need a change of pace — a few days away from responsibilities and routine to reconnect with themselves and with other women in meaningful ways.
It’s for those who’ve spent years giving, managing, or holding things together, and now want to exhale, move, learn, and be cared for for a while.
You may be in a time of transition — between chapters, relationships, or roles.
You may simply sense it’s time to pause and reset before moving forward.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be invited to rest, to reflect, and also to engage — through yoga, conversation, beach walks, workshops, and shared meals that remind us how good it feels to slow down without disconnecting from life.
No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to what this time might bring.

A Note from Lorrie
Like many women, I’ve navigated seasons of loss, change, and rediscovery.
This retreat grew from that personal understanding — a wish to create space where women can rest, reconnect, and remember what steadiness feels like.
You don’t have to arrive with a plan or an intention.
Just come as you are, and let the island do what it does best — slow you down, soften the edges, and remind you that renewal is possible at any age and any stage.

Lorrie believes that healing begins in presence—when we pause long enough to listen, soften, and reconnect with what is most real within us.
Through her practice, Stress Less Therapy Solutions, and her retreats and workshops, she helps women restore connection to themselves and rediscover a sense of steadiness and wholeness that is always available beneath life’s noise.
“When we remember our own light,” she says, “we naturally illuminate the way for others.”
